GAIL GINGREY

Gail Gingrey epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. With over 47 years of experience, she proactively addresses details before they become a problem. Gail values building lasting relationships and helping people reach their real estate goals. She has been married to her sweetheart, Bill, for more than 60 years and is a dedicated Clemson football fan, loves her church and the fabulous community of Aiken!

BETHANNE FARRELL

Bethanne Farrell has been an essential part of The Gail Gingrey Team since 2006 and commits herself to making every step in the home buying and selling process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Raised in New York, Bethanne later moved to Aiken in 1989, where she has always been active in the community and church, and has proudly raised three beautiful daughters in our beautiful town.

DANIEL LEONARDI

Daniel Leonardi is instrumental in assisting our clients with all of their real estate needs, and has joined in offering the best customer service that the Gail Gingrey Team has been providing to the CSRA for over 47 years. Daniel grew up in Aiken and is a graduate of Clemson University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and has since settled in North Augusta with his beautiful wife, son and daughter- Victoria, Brody and Collins.
